Thai Salad With Dressing
- Dressing:
- 4 limes juiced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 to 2 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 Teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 medium garlic clove minced
- Salad:
- romaine chopped
- basil fresh chopped
- mint fresh chopped approx 1 tablespoon(can overpower dish)
- purple onion 1/4 quarter (no more than this can overpower dish)cut to 1/2 inch pieces
- 3 carrots grated
- 2 serrano chilis minced(optional)
- Skirt steak one pound:
- grilled may bast with choice of red panang paste lime and honey
- add all salad ingredients into measuring cup. set aside.
- place all salad ingredients in large bowl mix thoroughly.
- cut grilled meat into small pieces.
- place greens on serving dish, add eat, then pit dressing over and serve.
