Apple Rum-Raisin Rice Pudding

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Prepare a 9x13 pan
  3. Combine rice, raisins and apples in a large bowl. Combine well.
  4. combine the remaining pudding ingredients in a medium bowl.
  5. Whisk until blended and the sugae has dissolved. Add to the rice bowl and mix well.
  6. Pour into prepared pan
  7. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl with a fork until forming pea-size crumbles. Distribute over the rice pudding
  8. Cook in preheated oven for 40 minutes until the apples are soft all the way through
