Crunchy Chicken Salad

  1. Combine contents of seasoning packets from the ramen noodles, oil, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  2. combine broccoli slaw, apple, sunflower kernels, craisins, geen onion, bell pepper, almonds and chicken in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
  3. crumble ramen noodles and add just before serving.
  4. * if you think you will have leftovers, sprinkle the noodles on each serving otherwise they turn mushy over nite.
  5. ** this can be served as a main dish with the chicken or as a side without the chicken.
