Sweet Potato Pie

  1. For dough: Place butter and salt in bowl. Beat with mixer at high speed and add 1/2 egg and milk. Then add flour. Beat at high speed untill mixed. Place on floured surface and roll out.
  2. Filling: Add all ingredients together and mix with mixer about 3 minutes.
  3. Pecan Pie Syrup: Thoroughly combine with mixer until opaque in color. Stir in pecans at last. Spoon filling into crust, then syrup. Bake 325u0b0 1 1/2 hours.
