Cheese And Fruit Appetizer Combo

• Roquefort......................Grapes
• Brie................................Pears
• Camembert...................Strawberries
• Cheddar........................Apples
• Bel Paese.....................Peaches or Apricots
• Port du Salut.................Plums
• Cream Cheese..............Kumquats
• Edam or Gouda.............Melon
• Fortina...........................Pineapple
• Gourmandise.................Cherries, Bananas
• Coeur a la Creme:
• 1 - 8oz cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp - Cream
• 2 Tbsp - Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 C - Sour Cream
• 1 tsp - grated orange rind
• dash - salt
• 1/4 C - orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Triple Sec)

1. Blend orange liqueur with other ingredients.
2. Pour into mold
3. Refrigerate overnight
4. Unmold onto platter
5. Surround with strawberries, peaches etc.
