Oven-Smoked Turkey

  1. Rub turkey with liquid smoke.
  2. Mix salt and oil and rub turkey.
  3. Place vegetables in cavity.
  4. In deep
  5. roaster
  6. bake 1 hour at 375u0b0, uncovered.
  7. Mix remaining and
  8. pour over turkey. Lower
  9. heat to 325u0b0.
  10. Cover and bake until
  11. done.
  12. Serve
  13. with sauce.
