Grandma'S Beef Curry

  1. Boil first 5 ingredients on medium heat til water almost gone.
  2. Next 5 ingredients make into paste.
  3. In separate pan, fry onions till golden brown.
  4. Add in paste and fry well.
  5. Add to meat, if not enough liquid, add in some water ( 1/4 cup)
  6. Slow cook till soft - about 1 hr. Can be done in slow cooker. Serve with rice or crusty bread.
