Maggies Chilli Mac

  1. Saute Onion until translucent. Add "meat" cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  3. Add chili peper.
  4. Add Tomatoe Juice, Green Chilis, tomatoes to onion/meat mixture. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add beans and elbow mac, reduce heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes- until mac is cooked. Make sure you cover!!!
  6. Serve with shredded cheese or some avacado etc.... Enjoy!
