My Favorite Greens.

  1. 1. Steam the chopped greens of your choice for about 4-5 minutes until tender, but not fully cooked.
  2. 2.Add oil to a medium sautee pan and bring it to temp under medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the shallots and sesame seeds first, sauteing them lightly for 3-4 minutes, then add the garlic, sauteing for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Toss in the steamed greens and red pepper flakes, stirring lightly to mix oil evenly throughout.
  5. 5. Increase the heat slightly and add the rice wine vinegar. Cover the pan and simmer briefly. (2 minutes should suffice)
  6. 6. Serve immediately!
