One Bowl Brownies With Pecan Fudge Frosting
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. Splenda
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. salt
- 2 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- 2. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; flour dish lightly.
- 3.In large bowl, mix oil, cocoa, eggs, sugar & Karo; mix well. Add flour, baking powder, salt. Mix well; add pecans & vanilla.
- 4.Bake in prepared pan 350 degrees for 30 min. Remove from oven and set aside as you make the frosting.
- PECAN FUDGE FROSTING
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1.In 1 qt.pan, bring butter, cocoa, milk to boil; remove from heat.
- 2.Add powdered sugar, vanilla, pecans. Beat well and spread immediately on hot brownies. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
