Down South Sweet'N Sour Pork Pullin' Sawse
- 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Catsup
- 1/4 cup Hienze Chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lee and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup Stubbs Mild Barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mild Wing Sauce
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chipolte pepper
- 1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon clear Karo Syrup
- 2 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- Combine all ingredients into a glass or non-reactive stainless steel bowl and whisk for 1 minute
- Pour into sauce pan and bring to boil while occasionally whisking for 2 minutes
- Strain thru fine mesh strainer, Cool and store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use
