Tuna Salad
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 cucumber, seedless and cut in thin slices(shaved)
- 1 big tomato, seedless, cut in length
- 1 green pepper, cut in length
- Rocolla 1 handful bunch
- 1 big clove of garlic, crushed
- 2 handfuls bunches of green beans
- Maldon salt, black pepper
- Balsamic vinegar and olive oil
- Few drops of hot sauce
- 2 potatoes
- 1. Preheat oven on 200c
- 2. Wash and peeled potatoes, cut in length, put on baking dish with some Maldon salt black pepper and olive oil, mix well. Put in oven for 15 minutes.
- 3. Wash green beans. Preheat pan, put beans , some water and butter, cover, cook for 5 min on medium fire.
- 4. Prepare tuna. Cut tomato, cucumber, green pepper.Put all vegetables in big bowl, add tuna, ready green beans, rocolla, crushed garlic, olive oil, vinegar, hot sauce, salt and pepper as desired.
- 5. Mix well . Serve with or without roasted potatoes. On top you can put more rocolla.
