Bread Pudding With Rum Sauce

  1. whisk eggs, 1 quart cream, both sugars, rum, vanilla, cinnamon. Stir in cubed Challah, chips and raisins. Set aside for 1 hour. Stir twice.
  2. Heat oven to 350, place bread mixture in a 13 x 9" baking pan.
  3. Cover with foil, bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let cool.
  4. For Rum Sauce - Melt butter, add sugars, whisking constantly until dissolved.
  5. Add cream, heat to boil. Remove from heat and stir in rum.
  6. Cut pudding into pieces and top with rum sauce.
