Hominy Casserole

  1. Saute onion and pepper in margarine; when tender, add flour, salt, mustard and Tabasco.
  2. Gradually add milk and cook until consistency of white sauce.
  3. Add cheese, seasoned salt, mushrooms, pimentos and olives.
  4. Rinse hominy in cold water; drain well.
  5. Mix hominy with sauce and place in lightly buttered casserole.
  6. Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
  7. This can be made the day or night before and it can be served hot or cold.
