Nacho Casserole
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 envelope taco mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can tomatoes and chillies
- 1 bag hash browns
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can nacho soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Brown hamburger and 1/4 cup chopped onion.
- Drain fat.
- Add 1 can tomato sauce, taco mix and water.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Rinse and drain beans.
- Layer over meat.
- Pour tomatoes and chillies over beans.
- Pour hash browns over the top and sprinkle green pepper and rest of onion over potatoes.
- Mix cheese soup, milk, sugar and Worcestershire sauce and pour over top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350u0b0.
