Nachos Supreme
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup guacamole dip, of choice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup jalapeno peppers, diced
- In a large skillet, break up ground beef.
- Cook until browned.
- Drain.
- Pat with paper towels to remove excess fat.
- Set aside.
- Next spread tortilla chips to cover a large (12 inch) oven proof platter, allowing some overlap.
- Arrange meat evenly over tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle cheeses atop meat and chips.
- Bake chips at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- Spoon favorite guacamole dip over cheese and meat, followed by sour cream.
- Top with olives and jalapenos.
- Serve warm.
