Mr. Marks Potatoe Salad

  1. 2-3 pounds baby red potatoes boil until just slightly tender
  2. 1 boiled egg - chilled 2-4 hours
  3. IN LARGE MIXING BOWL :
  4. 1/2 - 1 CUP Hellman's real mayo
  5. 1 tablespoon Lee & perrins Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1 tablespoon yellow table mustard
  7. 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  8. 1 hard boiled egg (diced)
  9. 1 teaspoon salt
  10. 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
  11. blend and mix until smooth
  12. Cut cooked/chilled potatoes to desired size and blend above ingredients until well mix
  13. Wash & dry well 2 cups tender baby spinach - serve cold Mr. Marks Potatoes salad on bed of fresh baby spinach ....yum
