Spanish Spaghetti With Olives
- 8 oz thin spaghetti1 t olive oil
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed saffron rhreads
- 8 oz extra lean ground beef
- 1 2/3 jars marinara sauce
- 1/2 cuppiomiento stuffed olives
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 T capers
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1. heal oil in skillet med high heat. Add onion, cook 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minutes. stir in seasonings. Crumble in beef and cook until beef is browned. Add marinara, olives, sherry, capers and 3 T parsley. Boil, reue heat and cook 15 minutes.
- Top spaghetti with sace. Add parskey.
