Tuna Poke Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar - regular or low sodium/low sugar
- 2 teaspoons Grated fresh ginger ( or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 4 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- Place soy sauce in small pan and dissolve the honey in it. Place in a mixing bowl
- Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the sesame seeds.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry fry pan until golden brown. Be careful not to over cook.
- Serve the sauce along side you poke bowls and drizzle on top of the tuna. Do not marinate the tuna in the sauce ahead of time as it will turn an ugly gray color.
- Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over your bowls.
- I serve mine with brown rice, freshly grated carrots, diced cucumber, diced avacado, edamame and blanched asparagus.
