Black Bean And Garlic Ribs

  1. 1. Combine ingredients for Marinade, before marinating ribs overnight in an airtight container, in the refrigerator
  2. 2. Using a deep wok or sauce pan with a cover, Brown garlic in Olive oil at medium heat.
  3. 3. Add Black Bean Garlic sauce and fry for half a minute
  4. 4. Add ribs to the pan; toss to make sure everything is coated in the black bean sauce and olive oil
  5. 5. Add water
  6. 6. Cover and let the mixture braise for forty minutes before serving, stirring every once in a while.
