Pecan Chocolate Cookies
- 1 1/2 stick Butter
- 1 1/2 cup Organic All Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract natural
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup Pecan
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- Step 1: Cream 1 stick room temperature butter with sugar until light cream color.
- Step 2: Add in vanilla extract with beaten egg into batter.
- Step 3: Toasted pecan and put aside.
- Step 4: Add baking powder with flour.
- Step 5: Mix in pecan, chocolate, flour, and diced pea size cold butter into batter. Mix well.
- Step 6: Refrigerator dough for an hour. Scope onto baking sheet and bake 350 degree for 12 minutes.
