Crispy Chicken Cakes With Plum Ginger Sauce
- 1 tablespoon cilantro , chopped
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil , for frying
- 1 whole egg
- 1 teaspoon ginger , finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Plum Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil (Pure)
- 1. Combine Oyster Flavored Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce (sauce mixture). Heat up in microwave.
- 2. Combine ingredients (chicken, cilantro, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and sauce mixture) in a bowl. Mix well.
- 3. Form a small ball and flatten-about 1/2 inch thick.
- 4. Pan fry on both sides until golden brown.
- 5. Serve with ginger plum sauce (Plum Sauce, vinegar, ginger, Sesame Oil).
