Crispy Chicken Cakes With Plum Ginger Sauce

  1. 1. Combine Oyster Flavored Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce (sauce mixture). Heat up in microwave.
  2. 2. Combine ingredients (chicken, cilantro, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and sauce mixture) in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form a small ball and flatten-about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. 4. Pan fry on both sides until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve with ginger plum sauce (Plum Sauce, vinegar, ginger, Sesame Oil).
