Lime Bbq Chicken With Peach Salsa

  1. To prepare chicken:
  2. Wash chicken and pierce all pieces with a fork. Set aside. Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Rub mix all over chicken parts and stick in a Ziplock Bag. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour inside Ziplock bag. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Chicken should be grilled on BBQ on a slow fire and cook each side about 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve with Peach salsa.
  3. Peach Salsa:In a bowl, mix all peach salsa ingredients. Set aside and serve with lime chicken.
