Chicken Curry

  1. wash chicken and put them into bowl with net make sure no water. put the fripan into kitchen stove, start hitting up ,slowly give oil, when oil is enough warm then start giving onion, garlic.ginger, red pepper,turmaric powder,salt,cumin,corriander powder, black pepper,alachi, mix them, after 2-3 minutes later give chicken,keep them into fripan for 25-30 minutes. Every 3-4 minutes need to blend . After 30 minutes will ready to serve.
