Fried Crabmeat Skillet
- 6 T, butter
- 1 (4 Oz.) can mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 C. green pepper, cut into 1/4" strips
- 1/4 C. toasted almonds
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 T. parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt or seeds
- 3 T. ripe black olives, sliced
- 1/8 tsp. tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 box patty shells or rice (cooked)
- Melt butter in skillet. Add all other ingredients. Cook over low heat for 30 min. Serve over patty shells or cooked rice. Prepare patty shells or rice according to package directions.
