Mexican Flan

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Place the sugar in a pan above medium heat. Mix continually so the sugar doesn't burn. Allow the sugar to turn into a dark-brown color. Then remove from heat.
  3. Pour the carmelized sugar into a oven safe pan. Make sure the sugar covers the bottom of the pan completely.
  4. Combine eggs, condensed, and evaporated milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and the rest of the sugar in a mixer or blender for a minute or until everuthing is mixed together.
  5. Place the loaf pan into a larger pan and fill the larger pan with boiling water. Bake for 50 minutes.
  6. Allow the flan to cool. Flip the loaf pan and enjoy.
