Mexican Flan
- 5 Eggs
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 16 ounces Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- Place the sugar in a pan above medium heat. Mix continually so the sugar doesn't burn. Allow the sugar to turn into a dark-brown color. Then remove from heat.
- Pour the carmelized sugar into a oven safe pan. Make sure the sugar covers the bottom of the pan completely.
- Combine eggs, condensed, and evaporated milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and the rest of the sugar in a mixer or blender for a minute or until everuthing is mixed together.
- Place the loaf pan into a larger pan and fill the larger pan with boiling water. Bake for 50 minutes.
- Allow the flan to cool. Flip the loaf pan and enjoy.
