Black Pepper Beef

  1. put beef, worcestershire. 1/2 pepper,1/2 soya suace and 1/4 cup water into a shallow dish and set in fridge for two hours
  2. in a large skillet add oil onion, garlic, carrot, black pepper. cook until onions are clear then add beef and other ingredients and cover for about 15 mins. until beef is tender (don't over cook beef)
  3. blend cornstarch and water and add to beef.
  4. serve rice on plate and top with beef
