Brownies
- BROWNIES
- l cup sugar (substitute Splenda)
- 1 stick oleo (or butter)
- 4 eggs
- l 16oz can Hershey choc. syrup
- 1 cup + 1T flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 7 oz. marshmellow creme
- CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
- 6 tsp. butter
- 6 Tbl milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (or Splenda)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- For brownies beat sugar and oleo together; add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and Hershey syrup. Add flour and baking powder. Pour into greased jellyroll pan (10 X 15).
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Spread with marshmellow creme as soon as they are removed from oven. When cool, speard with chicolate frosting.
- For frosting combine oleo, milk and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil for l minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Pour chocolate onto the marshmellow-topped brownie.
