Two-Flavor Fudge
- 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 10 oz. marshmallow cream or 4 c. mini marshmallows
- 6 oz. butterscotch chips
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, sugar, evaporated milk and butter or margarine.
- Bring to a full boil over high heat, stirring frequently.
- Boil 10 minutes or to 240u0b0 on a candy thermometer over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallow cream or marshmallows, butterscotch chips and chocolate chips.
- Stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth.
- Blend in walnuts and vanilla.
- Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Chill until firm.
