Healthy Pumpkin Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and grease whatever pan you will use.
  2. Next, mix together apple sauce, agave nectar, olive oil, eggs, in a stand mixer using the flat beater (or by hand) and let set.
  3. Next, whisk together dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.
  4. With the flat beater on a low setting, slowly mix the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture.
  5. Finally add the pumpkin, mix for a few moments more, and then the chocolate chips and mix a minute more.
  6. Pour into greased pan and cook for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
