Hamburger Chili
- 2 pounds Ground Round
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 bottle Guinness Beer
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 2 Dried Chipotle Chilis
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 can 28 Oz. Chopped Tomato
- 1 tablespoons Cumin, Chili Power, corriander, salt and pepper to taste
- Boil dried pepper in broth and set aside to soften and cool, then blend to a paste.
- Meanwhile, saute vegetables till soft.
- Saute Beef and add spices. Add veggies and reserved chili past with broth. Add Beer and cook at l east one hour
- Rinse and drain beans and add to the beef mixture. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper and heat through.
- Garnish with cheddar, sour cream and lime juice
