Pizza Dough And Sauce
- DOUGH
- 1 c warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 t sugar
- 2 T oil
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 1/2 c flour or more (about 1/2 c when kneading)
- SAUCE
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/4-1/2 t dried basil
- black pepper to taste
- 1/8 t garlic powder
- 1/8 t onion powder
- 2 t parmesan cheese
- 1/2 t salt (optional)
- 1 8oz tomato sauce
- DOUGH
- Knead until smooth, cover and let raise until double. Place on greased pizza tin. Let rest 10 min. Top with pizza sauce, meat, and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees cold or hot oven for 18 min.
- SAUCE
- Mix together and spread on pizza dough, then meat and cheese, mozzarella. Can use monterrey jack or provolone.
