Double Chocolate Cookies

  1. 1. Heat oven to 375. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  2. 2. Beat butter in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Add both sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla.
  3. 3. On low speed, beat flour mixture. Stir in hot coffee. Fold in M&M's.
  4. 4. Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  5. 5. Bake at 375 for 8-11 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly on baking sheets. Transfer cookies to wireracks to cool.
