White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

  1. 1. Place margarine in large mixing bowl and cream with both sugars.
  2. 2. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well
  3. 3. Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture
  4. 4. Add white chocolate, coconut and macadama nuts. Chill dough for 2 hours covered with plastic wrap.
  5. 5. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased sheets. Flatten slightly.
  6. 6. Bake at 325 F. for 10-12 minutes
