Sour Cream Enchiladas
- 3 package large flour tortilla
- 3 package shredded colby jack cheese
- (mixture 1)
- 2+ lbs hamburger
- 1 large can of refried beans
- 1 small can of refried beans
- 1 package taco seasoning
- (mixture 2)
- 1 large container of sour cream
- 1 small container of sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Preheat oven to 375.
- (mixture 1) In large skillet, brown hamburger on medium heat and drain. Reduce to low heat and add refried beans and taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
- (mixture 2) Combine sour cream, cream of celery, and cream of chicken soup.
- Spread (mixture 2) along bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Put a spoonful of (mixture 1) in middle of flour tortilla and roll (like a burrito). Place tortilla in 9x13 pan. Repeat until pan is full of tortillas. Cover tortillas with (mixture 2) then sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on top.
- Heat in oven until cheese is melted (usually 10-15 minutes).
