Sour Cream Enchiladas

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. (mixture 1) In large skillet, brown hamburger on medium heat and drain. Reduce to low heat and add refried beans and taco seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
  3. (mixture 2) Combine sour cream, cream of celery, and cream of chicken soup.
  4. Spread (mixture 2) along bottom of 9x13 pan.
  5. Put a spoonful of (mixture 1) in middle of flour tortilla and roll (like a burrito). Place tortilla in 9x13 pan. Repeat until pan is full of tortillas. Cover tortillas with (mixture 2) then sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese on top.
  6. Heat in oven until cheese is melted (usually 10-15 minutes).
