Oat Cakes

  1. Oven 350
  2. Greased 13x9 inch baking dish
  3. Sift together in large bowl the first six ingredients (protein powder, wheat flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg).
  4. Puree warm water and blueberries, then mix the puree into the rolled oats in a separate small bowl.
  5. In another small bowl, whisk the liquid ingredients plus Equal (apple sauce, Equal, molasses, vanilla, eggs).
  6. Mix all together into large bowl containing the dry ingredients.
  7. Add to this mixture:
  8. 1 C dried cranberries
  9. 1+1/2 C raisins
  10. Spread mixture into greased 9x13 inch pan.
  11. Sprinkle the top with lightly with rolled oats
  12. Bake 25-30 minutes, or until pau.
