Rice Lasagna

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In medium skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce; mix well.
  4. In small bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese and egg whites; mix well.
  5. In the prepared pan, spread 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 of rice and 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture; repeat layers.
  6. Spread remaining sauce on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Yields 8 servings.
