Tortilla Taco Salad Bowls
- 2 lb cooked ground beef
- 1/4 c. taco seasoning
- several tortillas
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. guacomole
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 2 c.shredded lettuce
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. olives (optional)
- 1/4 c. onions (optional)
- Prepare ground beef in skillet with taco seasoning.
- Meanwhile, scrunch up several foil balls. Butter both sides of tortillas and lay each one individually over a foil ball ontop of a baking sheet. Bake tortillas at 400 degrees for approx. 3 to 7 minutes. Tortilla will fold over the ball and transform into a tortilla bowl. Remove from oven...add ground beef, guacomole,sour cream,shredded lettuce, salsa, olives, and onions to make the taco salad. Eat from the tortilla bowl.
