Tomato Pizza

  1. Place tomato slices in a circle on crust, overlapping slightly until crust is completely covered.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with olives if desired, green pepper and onion.
  4. Sprinkle basil over all.
  5. Cover with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses.
  6. Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Yields 8 servings.
