Cheesy Vegan Fajitas

  1. In a large non-stick skillet, stir-fry Tofurky Slow Roasted Chick'n in olive oil until golden brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Stir in sliced bell peppers, tomatoes, onion and cilantro and cumin.
  3. Top with fresh squeezed lime juice.
  4. Add stir fry combo into warm Mikey's Grain-Free Tortillas.
  5. Top with Go Veggie Vegan Mexican Flavor Shreds.
  6. Splash with remaining fresh squeezed lime juice.
  7. Enjoy.
