Shrimp And Crabmeat Au Gratin

  1. Cook shrimp in salted water for 3 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Drain artichokes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  5. Saute mushrooms for 5 minutes in 2 tablespoons butter.
  6. Saute garlic and shallots for 5 minuets in 2 tablespoons butter.
  7. Remove and stir in flour and pepper, then stir in milk.
  8. Bring to boiling, stirring; remove from heat. Add half cheese; stir until melted.
  9. Stir in wine.
  10. Drain crabmeat; remove cartilage; flake.
