Pretzel Crusted Peanut Butter Cup Blondie Pie
- Crust:
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz bag Reese's minis
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into bottom of a pie pan. Bake 8 minutes.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add baking soda, salt, and flour.
- Stir in chocolate chips and Reese's minis.
- Press on top of baked crust.
- Bake 30-35 minutes.
