Southwestern Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
  2. Toss pasta with garlic powder, salt, pepper and set aside.
  3. Chop 3 chipolte peppers well and mix with mayonaise. Set aside.
  4. In large glass bowl mix together chopped bell pepper with tomatos, corn, & black beans. Add the pasta and mayonaise mix and toss.
  5. Can be served immediatly.
