Turkey Chili

  1. 1. Heat a large soup pot to medium and add onion, pepper, and garlic.
  2. 2. Cover and let sweat until soft.
  3. 3. Add ground turkey and saute until cooked through.
  4. 4. Add cumin, oregano and chili powder and cook 2 minutes.
  5. 4. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  6. 5. Simmer 20 minutes.
  7. 6. Adjust salt and pepper and other spices to your taste
  8. 7. The flavor will develop if made one day in advance.
