Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  1. Place spinach and artichokes in 2 cups of water in small pot. Bring to boil for 2 minutes then drain. Allow to cool then squeeze excess water from spinach/artichokes using thick paper towels.
  2. In a separate bowl, heat cream cheese in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds or until soft and warm.
  3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Serve hot or cold with pita chips or in a sourdough bread bowl with sliced bread chunks.
