Dinner Rolls(One Of My Favorite Recipes)

  1. In large mixing bowl, place first 4 ingredients.
  2. Stir.
  3. Add warm water.
  4. Stir.
  5. Add 3 1/2 cups flour or more to make stiff dough.
  6. Stir.
  7. On floured board, knead in approximately 3 more cups of flour.
  8. Knead until dough is elastic and lumps have smoothed out.
  9. Place back in mixing bowl, cover and let rise in warm place for 1 1/2 hours or in refrigerator overnight.
  10. When ready to use, punch down.
  11. Make out in rolls about the size of golf balls and let rise 1 1/2 hours in warm place.
  12. Grease baking pans while making out rolls.
  13. This makes 48 dinner rolls and dough will keep in refrigerator 1 week.
  14. Bake at 425u0b0 for 20 minutes.
