Choco-Nut Butter Sweets

  1. COOKIES
  2. Cream butter, add sugar, salt and vanilla. Cream well. Gradually add flour, blend gently. Shape by tsps into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press hole in center of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes unitl delicately brown.
  3. NUT FILLING
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, flour and vanilla until creamy. Stir in nuts and coconut. While cookies are still warm fill each center with approx 1 tsp of filling.
  5. DRIZZLE
  6. Melt together chocolate morsals, butter and water until smooth, stirring constantly. Add powdered sugar, beat until smooth. After filled cookies have cooled, drizzle chocolate frosting over each. ENJOY!
