Smoked Salmon Fettuccini

  1. Cook pasta in salted water. Reserve one cup water to be used if recipe needs more moisture...1T at a time.
  2. Drain and add spinach to colander to slightly wilt spinach.
  3. Add all ingredients except parmesan to serving bowl. Lightly toss until pasta is coated with dressing.
  4. Add parmesan and serve.
  5. Can be served warm or cold. Great the 2nd day.
