Peach Cheese Cake
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 15 oz. can sliced peaches, drained (reserve juice)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. reserved peach juice
- 1/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, margarine, egg and milk.
- Beat and pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
- Place peach slices over batter 1/2 inch from sides of pan. Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and reserved juice.
- Beat and place over peaches.
- Mix cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
