Tuna On A Skewer
- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- !/4 chopped green onion
- 2 Tbls Minced fresh Ginger
- 2 Tbls maple syrpe
- Juice of one small lime
- end of marinade
- 1 Pinnapple peeled cored and cubed
- 1 Mango peeled and cut in large cubes
- 1 Large red or yellow sweet pepper cut in large pieces
- 1 Spanish onion Quartered
- 3 Tuna Steaks (best quality) cut in golf ball size cubes
- Make marinade and let sitabout 1 hour.
- Marinate tuna 1/2 hour, no more
- Thread tuna alternating with fruit and vegetable on soaked wooden skewer. Brush remaining marinade over all. Grill on preheated hot grill about ten minutes. Tuna should be rare to medium. Serve with brown rice.
